Sunley are working alongside a private client to restore a prime Mayfair Village residence back to it’s former glory. Having been vacant for over 5 years, this large property in the heart of Mayfair village is undergoing a full internal and external refurbishment in a very short space of time. Due to the client constraints, the procurement of a Main Contractor, the design development and the commercial management have been intrinsic to getting the project to where it is today, and will be imperative in delivering this project in Q1 2022.
