Sunley provided development and project management services on this property located in Mayfair Village.

The works included retaining the facade whilst structurally reconfiguring the internal layout and completing a bespoke fit-out.

The project was challenging as time constraints required facilitating works and demolition to commence prior to design completion and the procurement route chosen as a result was ‘Cost Plus’. In challenging market conditions this scheme was delivered on time and within budget.

Avenue Elmers, Surbiton

Works were completed in March 2016 for the conversion of these two Victorian mansion blocks into a mixture of eighteen one, two and three bedroom apartments.

Both buildings blend modern fixtures and fittings with original Victorian features, and each apartment has its own parking space.
