Sunley are always looking for new land in the South East of England, with particular emphasis on previously developed (brownfield) sites. We will look at opportunities with or without planning consent, whether they be residential, mixed use or commercial opportunities.

We at Sunley have the responsibility to protect the environment at all stages of our work from our site selection process, focusing on the reuse of brownfield sites, to the remediation of previously contaminated sites to the highest achievable safety standards.

Our layout designs seek to minimise the impact of new homes on existing residents while providing a high quality of life for new occupants. Designs will always incorporate existing outstanding site features and during construction every care will be taken to protect trees, hedgerows and ponds.

Our aim is to produce the very best in energy efficient homes, in terms of waste and pollution omission during manufacture and construction and also for our purchasers.
