Financing Criteria

Sunley Capital for Growth, as part of the Sunley Group of Companies, is an entrepreneurial provider of equity funding for residential and commercial property projects. We offer a wealth of experience in joint ventures and partnerships with both developers and land owners where we can become involved in the very early stages of a schemes conception through to the final sales.

We will finance land schemes, joint venture projects, developments and refurbishments normally located in London and the South of England and we can provide the full development costs of a project including land acquisition costs, construction cost and professional fees.

One thing is consistent throughout, however – we place a strong emphasis on integrity, trust and the expertise of our partners.

Sunley Capital for Growth, look to finance projects with a sales value in excess of £5,000,000. With regard to return on our investment, we charge an interest rate on our equity and an agreed profit share. This is derived from study of a detailed project appraisal.

If you have a suitable development that you feel may require financing, we ask you to provide the following information, which will allow us to undertake a quick appraisal of terms in order that you qualify for finance:

  • Site plan and layout
  • Location map
  • Project appraisal
  • Planning consent status

It is not a pre-requisite to have full planning status before talking to us regarding funding. We are happy to look at sites which have development potential, potential planning gain or indeed outline and/or detailed planning consent.
